Join us for Humboldt County's NVC Gathering

We will explore and practice NVC fundamentals through the 9 skills for Effective Communication including:

Zero Step
Self-Empathy
Empathy
Honest Expression
Invitation
Gratitude
Request for Feedback
Request for Confirmation
Request for Action

Saturday and Sunday
Sessions will be
9:45am-12:00pm and 1:15pm-3:15pm on each day

9:45am - Arrive Mingle Setup - Connect early!
10am - Session 1:
Self-Empathy and Empathy - NVC Foundations

12:15pm - Setup and Break for Lunch (bring fruit, snacks, or a side to share? We'll provide a make-your-own sandwich bar. All welcome to join!)
1:00pm - Arrive for Session 2 - Connection Time
1:15pm - Session 2: Honest Expression

3:15pm - End/Cleanup

3:15pm - End & opportunities to help clean up

Each session will include instruction, small group discussion, and practical exercises using compassionate communication (a.k.a. Nonviolent Communication)

Financial Accessibility is important to us. We offer this training as a gift. (You can attend for free AND) We request $25-$75 per session to support our Sustainability. This covers our expenses for food, our time, training materials, travel, and accommodation.
